Our Customer Credibility Policy here at Jodora Clothing simply states that if a Customer inquires about an order and does not go through with it within 24 HOURS, that Customer will be refused service here at Jodora Clothing from that point forward.
We take our business very seriously and time is a terrible thing to waste. Upon placing an order or inquiring about a garment, these terms automatically apply.
Customers that exhibit any behavior or responses that are deemed as rude or disrespectful by the owner. This includes but it not limited to 'snotty' emails, DMs, or Text. Repetitively emailing, DMing, texting, commenting, etc. will also result in AUTOMATIC cancellation of your order. And refusal of future orders.
